Breakfast and start full day sightseeing of world heritage sites
Pashupatinath temple – regarded as the most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition. Temple’s existence dates back to 4TH Century AD and the richly ornamented pagoda Style temple, houses the sacred 5 faced unique Linga or phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. Thousands of Pilgrims from all over the world come to pay homage to this holiest Hindu Shrine which is also known to be “Temple of Living Beings”
Boudhanath stupa - also called by many as Khasti Chaitya or Jyarung Khasyor, is one of the oldest and largest stupa and is one of the Nepal’s as well as World’s most important Buddhist site and one of the biggest tourist attraction in Kathmandu Valley.
Located in Kathmandu’s Suburbs, east from the city center and its 43.25m high white stupa can be seen from far away.
Stupa is said to be built on an ancient trade route to Tibet at a site where merchants stopped to pray and legends insist that it dates back to 4th Century AD.
Swayambhunath Stupa –The Most Enigmatic Holy Stupa situated on the top of green hill, on the west of Kathmandu, is one of the most popular, holy and instantly recognizable symbols of Kathmandu. The temple is popularly known as the 'Monkey Temple' because of the large tribe of roving monkeys who guards the temple Area.
Ancient Buddhist City of Fine Arts” Patan Durbar Square Complex -situated in the center of Patan city Mangal bazaar, also known as Lalitpur, houses the residence of the former Patan royal King and family, surroundings are good specimen of ancient rich Newari architecture. There are three main courtyards in the palace Area; Mul chowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshav Narayan Chowk. Mul chowk, the oldest one is at the center of Patan Durbar Square. Several multi-sized and multi-styled temples can be found in the western part of the complex. Major among these are Krishna Temple, Bhimsen Temple and Golden Temple of Hiranya Varna. Bit distance away from Complex is Golden Spout Courtyard and Famous Mahabuddha Temple.

Basantapur Durbar Square-cluster of Temples and Palaces
Listed as one of the eight Cultural World Heritage site by UNESCO, Basantapur Durbar Square also called Kathmandu Durbar Square is a cluster of ancient temples, Palaces, Streets and Courtyards that date back to the 12th and 18TH centuries. The square is known to the religious, social Cultural and Urban focal point of the Capital city. The palace complex was the Royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and is the site of important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese Monarch. The palace is decorated with elaborately carved wooden window and panels. Most famous temple is Living Goddess Kumari Temple and Famous 9Floor Palace.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square – best preserved, open museum model, also known as Bhadgau, The land Of Devotees and Ancient Culture, Festivals, having numerous temples like 5storey Nyatapole, Golden gate, 55 window palace, Pottery square etc. The square is a major and most important part of a charming valley as it highlights the idols of ancient kings parched on top of stone monoliths, the guardian deities looking out from their sanctuaries, the wood carving in very place struts, lintels, tympanums, gateways and windows seem to form a well-orchestrated symphony.
Afternoon drive for Nagarkot (35km/1.5hr). Reach beautiful hill-station, check in and rest.
Nagarkot (2187m) is the nearest best view point of Kathmandu Valley. Because of its cool climate, hill-station is well known famous for relax lovers and honeymooner with addition of the spectacular view of world’s highest mountain range “The Great Himalayan range”, Green Valleys and Village Settlements, wonderful sunrise and Sunset. Evening enjoy the beautiful sunset. Overnight.
Wake up early in the morning, enjoy beautiful sunrise. Breakfast and drive back to Kathmandu and timely transferred to the international airport for onward flight.
