This hiking tour package is one of the easiest and simplest yet best hiking route for relax hikers with beautiful views of northern Himalayas, sunrise sunset, walking through middle hill ranges, jungles, valleys, villages and local life of Nepalese Village.
Hiking routes in Kathmandu and Pokhara are the part of the rim ridge of valley Kathmandu and Valley Pokhara. Trail offers one of the best views of two city valleys and its surroundings and also the view of mighty northern Himalayas remarkably best views of eight thousanders Mt. Manaslu (8163/eighth highest) and Mt. Annapurna(8091M/ 10th highest) including several others.
Nepal belongs to the major section of world’s highest peaks in the Great Himalaya Range. That means, Nepal is home to 8 highest peaks outof top ten highest in the world.

Breakfast and an hour drive to Kirtipur –ancient southwestern typical town of Kathmandu valley. We do short stretching.
Today we are walking on the southern ridge rim of Kathmandu Valley. We start hike from small local villages having public bathing spouts for locals as well as students from across the Nepal (Nearby oldest and biggest University of Nepal, Tribhuvan University).
Trail gradually goes through the jungles and villages, terraces and reach to the small pass of two rising hills Champadevi (2278M) and Bosan Danda (1800M). We do small climb to the top of Bosan Danda. Enjoy the beautiful view of Himalayan ranges, valleys, villages, beautiful town Kirtipur which we left behind, beautiful small lake Taudaha, Jungles from the top. Descend down to the main trail and walk through the local villages and reach Pau village. Upper section of Pau village is the boarder of Jungle. This particular place is famous for the species of bird long tailed multi-color called yellow billed blue magpie and parakeet especially in the evening time.
From Pau Villages straight climb for an hour to reach Champadevi Bhanjyang (Pass) which is about 2000m. Enjoy the beautiful view of Himalayas, Kathmandu valley and very famous southern village Pharping outside and beyond from Kathmandu Valley. Top is playing ground for different species of birds like
sunbird, treepie, Barbet, Dove Warbler etc. We follow the trail with gentle descend running through the flat ridge toward east. Walking through the jungle we reach Hotel Hattiban Resort. We stop for Lunch and beautiful views of Himalayas, Kathmandu Valley and more.
We descend down to Pharping through jungle where our vehicle will be waiting for us. We drive back to Kathmandu hotel and Rest.
We stop at Taudaha Lake for feeding food to fish.

Morning breakfast and an hour drive to Gurje Bhanjyang –northwestern ridge rim of Kathmandu Valley. Today we leave Kathmandu valley and its rim and walk beyond Kathmandu toward west of Kathmandu. We follow Shivapuri National Park permit procedure and start our hike to Kakani village – a beautiful view point village. We walk through the trail that goes through the jungle and the flat slop of hills. We reach beautiful view point Suryachaur. Enjoy the spectacular view of western and Central Himalayas like Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Ganesh, Mt. Langtang, Mt. Mt. Dorje Lhakpa, Mt. Phurbichyachu etc.
We continue to follow the trail that goes through the thick jungle. It seems like the trail has become tunnel like here in this particular section of hiking route which lies inside the Shivapuri Nagarjun national park. After two hours of walk with the glance of villages and valley, will reach to wider open area. We walk through army post, scout centers and first glance of Kakani hill.
Following the trail through the earthquake displaces villages and newer temporary settlements, will reach to Kakani hill view point and village. Place is very famous and one of the major Himalayan view point near from Kathmandu. Enjoy the spectacular view of western Himalayas and Central Himalayas, some notable ones are Mt. Manaslu(8163m), Annapurna Massif, Mt. Ganesh, Mt. Langtang, Mt. DorjeLhakpa, Mt. Phurbichyachy, Mt. Gangchenpo, Mt. Leonpo Gang, Mt. Gaurishankar etc.
Drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight.

Breakfast and drive to Godawari Botanical Garden. Today we will do hiking on the southeastern rim ridgelines of Kathmandu Valley. We start hiking toward north from Godaswari through the western slope of famous Phulchoki Hill(2765m) – highest hill of Kathmandu Valley rim. We walk with gradual ascend through jungles and rough roads. After two hours of walk overlooking view Kathmandu valley on the left side, will reach to small Chapakharka village with Paragliding spot. This only paragliding spot is little known by Kathmandu people but it’s been almost 12/15 years since it started. Enjoy the beautiful view of southern Kathmandu valley and mountains, village life.
We further walk through the chapakharka passing school having beautiful meadow/ playing ground in the middle of pine trees and reach to the Lakuri Bhanjyang via small lakuri village. Situated approx. 2100m from see level, this place gives you one of the most amazing vies of Himalayan ranges and Kathmandu valley.
We continue our hike toward north crossing some tea shops and small local restaurants, picnic peoples. After an hour walk we reach to Ranikot. Ranikot is also the hilltop offering wonderful views of Himalayas and valleys, villages. Just 10 minutes walking down offers zip fly and other sports activities.
Night stay in the resort at Ranikot.

Wake up early in the morning and enjoy beautiful sunrise with world’s highest mountain ranges, green valleys and village settlements. If interested, can visit tower area for Mountain View.
Breakfast and drive to Lake City Pokhara (235kms/6hrs). En-route can enjoy White water rafting at Trishuli River for 3/4 hours (Extra payable). Continue drive to Pokhara- Fine nature’s paradise city also known as lake city and check into the hotel. Evening visit around lake side area markets, restaurants, pub houses etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast and we follow the hiking trail from lakeside. After few minute walk passing busy lakeside, we come across to the tree line. We walks through the jungle overlooking lake and Pokhara city. After half an hour walk, we reach to the top of ridge which connects toward northwest to Sarangkot small view point from where we can observe Pokhara city of northeastern part and beyond.
We follow the ridgeline trail which runs toward north. We cross small temple and lonely house with small farming, small section of ascend and walks through the jungle and we can see villages and farmland far beyond.
After an hour walk we starts to see settlements with agricultural land and local villages. We reach Methlang village, we continue our hike toward north and we come across to the rocky hill sections which offers beautiful views of lake, Pokhara city, Sarangkot hill and Himalayas with most beautiful and remarkable crown of Pokhara Mt. Fishtail (6993m).
We continue hike to through the village and small section of jungle. We start seeing the small houses and finally small village of lower Sarangkot. We attempt stone paved final section of our hike which leads us to our final destination top of Sarangkot with view tower which offers best Himalayan view with lakes and valleys including Pokhara.
We drive back to Pokhara. Overngiht.

Breakfast and we follow the hiking trail from lakeside southern corner. Few minute walk will bring us to the jungle area, we hike through the mix jungle of alder, pine, oak schima wallichii etc. We walks through the jungle overlooking lake and Pokhara city. We walks through the small section of houses and jungles. We reach to the scattered village section which offers beautiful view itself. We continue gradual ascend and finally reach to Peace Stupa. We spend good time here with beautiful views of Himalayas including Mt. Fishtail and Annapurna, beautiful Fewa lake, all corners of Pokhara valley and beyond.
After spending good hours, we descend down to Lake. First we cross the small section of jungle and then settlement area. We further walks down and after an easy slow an hour walk, we finally reach to the lake. We take standby boat and paddle back to lakeside. Relaxing manual paddle Boat ride will be approx. One hour and we will be stopping at beautiful Bindabasini Temple too which is located in the middle of the lake in the eastern section.
Back to hotel and rest.
Evening can roam around lakeside Market, Pub Houses, Restaurant and Live Music bars, Clubs. Overnight

Breakfast and proceed to city sightseeing covering seti gorge, Devi’s Fall also known as Patale Chhango, International Mountain Museum, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Mahadev Cave.
Afternoon, transfer to airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight.
Breakfast and start full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple – regarded as the most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition. Temple’s existence dates back to 4TH Century AD and the richly ornamented pagoda Style temple, houses the sacred 5 faced unique Linga or phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. Thousands of Pilgrims from all over the world come to pay homage to this holiest Hindu Shrine which is also known to be “Temple of Living Beings”
Boudhanath stupa - also called by many as Khasti Chaitya or Jyarung Khasyor, is one of the oldest and largest stupa and is one of the Nepal’s as well as World’s most important Buddhist site and one of the biggest tourist attraction in Kathmandu Valley.
Located in Kathmandu’s Suburbs, east from the city center and its 43.25m high white stupa can be seen from far away.
Stupa is said to be built on an ancient trade route to Tibet at a site where merchants stopped to pray and legends insist that it dates back to 4th Century AD.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square – best preserved, open museum model, also known as Bhadgau, The land Of Devotees and Ancient Culture, Festivals, having numerous temples like 5storey Nyatapole, Golden gate, 55 window palace, Pottery square etc. The square is a major and most important part of a charming valley as it highlights the idols of ancient kings parched on top of stone monoliths, guardian deities looking out from their sanctuaries, the wood carving in very place struts, lintels, tympanums, gateways and windows seem to form a well-orchestrated symphony.
Late afternoon, free time to explore the city, Thamel by own.
