TERMS AND CONDITIONS
One must understand and become clear about the terms and conditions before making final decisions of any trips. Confirmation, Payment, Cancellation are the integral part to be understood. Information of Terms and Conditions produces legally required contract between Everest Bodhi Adventures P. Ltd. as a service provider and you as a service receiver creating bond of your legal relationship with Everest Bodhi Adventures P. Ltd.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
To book any trips, you must send us a completely filled Booking Application Form or Confirmation mail, with 25% payment of your trip cost as an advance. This will reconfirm acceptance by you with our Terms and Conditions. Further, you need to submit a copy of each passport to our office via email including two photos of passport size. Remaining trekking cost should be paid as 2nd installment at Nepal before trip.
Please, contact us and reconfirm regarding bank details before processing for the direct deposit in the Bank. You must make sure of the account number and account Holder name, which is very important while making payments.
For the Credit Card payment, please contact us or send a mail or follow the procedure listed below. Please keep in mind that we only accept Visa or MasterCard and a 4% levy, will be added for card processing fees on top of the package bills because of the Bank rules and regulations.

Everest Bodhi Adventures P. Ltd. is firstly and mostly for the fulfillment of your every desire. We assure you to perform our duties and responsibilities truthfully and best to extend to make your trip experience of a lifetime. However, this company will not take any liability regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, political-unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.
Everest Bodhi Adventures P. Ltd. while undertaking tours, hotel accommodation, transportation and other services only acts as a means on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, loss, damages, international flight cancellation, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by us and, its employees or other service provider agents. All bookings are accepted, and executed with high priority and utmost care, yet no responsibility is liable for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.
RISK FACTOR
The traveler / trekker understands that during the course of the trip, certain risks and dangers may occur while traveling in mountainous terrain, illness, accident in remote places without medical facilities. The traveler agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to illness, injury, death or delay of trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler / trekker during the course of the trip, however caused.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
while booking treks and tours with us, you as a Traveler/Trekker will be responsible that you/trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves which covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. In case of emergency evacuation, all costs must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude mountaineering.
PROMOTION
Everest Bodhi Adventures P. Ltd. use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.
PRIVACY
In order to collect information from you to make a booking through our company, we inquire many questions to get the necessary permits.
COMPLAINS
If you have any subject of complaint about the tour, you must notify to the tour leader or guide at the earliest and provide opportunity to correct them.
ADDITIONAL CHARGE
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with others. Also, an additional charge except agreement of booking, the clients most pay in extra charge.
